Alaska Airlines surprised us this week with a bunch of new route additions and service increases!
So, what’s the big news? Well here’s what we have so far:
Starting this fall, Alaska Airlines will add service to Charleston, SC, Nashville, TN, and Raleigh, NC, from their Seattle hub. While Nashville and Raleigh will be receiving a daily flight the flights to Charleston will only operate a few times a week.
In addition to these new flights from Seattle, Alaska has also announced that they will be adding a daily non-stop to Baltimore from the Los Angeles hub.
Now, if all this wasn’t enough to get you excited, Alaska who has been in a turf war with Delta for Seattle is now stepping up their game and adding an additional frequency on the Seattle to Atlanta route, and for those of you who don’t know Atlanta is Delta’s main hub.
