The three properties, valued at nearly $5.0 million, include two interior corridor Super 8 hotels in Campbellsville, Kentucky, and Munfordville, Kentucky, plus a 98-room, major interstate location, Motel 6 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Renovations are expected on all three properties. Huff, Niehaus was both the listing and selling agent in all three transactions.
